By engaging with Apollos Center for Healing & Growth services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
Participation and Cancellation
Participation in Apollos Center for Healing & Growth services is on a voluntary basis. You may discontinue participation at any time. We ask that you notify us if you no longer wish to be included on our mailing or sms messagings lists.
Waiver of Liability
1. By participating in Apollos Center for Healing & Growth services, including but not limited to sessions, visits, events, conferences, and trainings, you acknowledge these activities may have certain risks and you agree to accept those risks. This includes risks resulting from the possible negligence of Apollos Center for Healing & Growth staff and volunteers.
2. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in Apollos Center for Healing & Growth activities with full knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of any risks involved. You agree to assume responsibility for your participation.
3. Apollos Center for Healing & Growth is not responsible for any damages to your property while attending Apollos Center for Healing & Growth activities or being on Apollos Center for Healing & Growth premises.
4. You agree that Apollos Center for Healing & Growth is not liable for any issues resulting from following or not following any Apollos Center for Healing & Growth guidance.
5. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring minors attending Apollos Center for Healing & Growth services, activities, and events. Apollos Center for Healing & Growth does not provide childcare unless explicitly stated for a specific event. Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for any unsupervised minors.
Intellectual Property
Apollos Center for Healing & Growth owns copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to its services and events. You may not distribute this intellectual property without Apollos Center for Healing & Growth's explicit approval.
Opting-In to Service Messages
We offer text reminders and marketing messages as part of our services. You may opt-in to receive these messages. By opting-in, you agree to receive text messages sent through an automatic telephone dialing system in accordance with our Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging best practices. You understand that consent to these terms is not a required condition of participation or involvement with Apollos Center for Healing & Growth.
Changes to Terms
Apollos Center for Healing & Growth may amend these terms of service at any time. By continuing to attend Apollos Center for Healing & Growth events and services, you accept any changes.
