Bio

With a Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology, I specialize in childhood and adolescent development. I have heart toward children and teens who struggle with identity, self-worth, confidence, and traumatic experiences and strive to use the skills God has given me to guide them to His grace, love, and the unique plans He has for them. My deep love for Christ and others is expressed through my dedication to pursue His will and truth in all things, with compassion and empathy, meeting others where they are and walking with them to where they ought to be. 

Professional Experience

I hold a Master of Arts- Developmental Psychology, Graduate Certificate in Pastoral Counseling, two board certifications: Board Certified Christian Counselor (through IBCC) and Board Certified Pastoral Counselor (through NACC), and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology: Christian Counseling. In addition, I am currently pursuing a PhD in Developmental Psychology.

As a counselor, I want to help you through your journey, no matter what trials, trauma, or stressors life has brought you. I strive to provide a compassionate and safe place as you sort through your struggles. I have a heart for children, teenagers, and young adults as I walk beside them and help them along their journey. I believe in meeting a client exactly where they are and desire to offer them guidance and hope in order to help them adjust to life and the many changes that accompany it. I desire to create a place for those in need of a listening ear and establish genuine connection and support for my clients. I believe it is in our very brokenness that God intends to create something new, somethin more beautiful that we could have ever imagined.

Professional Experience

Prior to my training as a counselor, I have worked in various roles, including a crisis intervention team member where we assisted individuals in a state of extreme crisis. I have experience working with victims of violent crimes and traumatic life events. I received my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Baptist University and am a LPC-A.

Lynnette Elmore has a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University in Honolulu, HI and is working on her licensure for the state of Texas. She is a 2018 graduate of Argosy University with a BA in Psychology, concentrating in Child and Adolescent studies. While acquiring her undergraduate degree, she also obtained a certification in Mental Health Crisis Intervention. She proudly served in the United States Armed Forces for 25 years. As a service member, she knew serving others was important. She has an undeniable love for Christ and enjoys spending time reading His word and standing on all promises He has. One of her favorite scriptures is John 15:16 (AMP), “You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and have appointed and placed and purposefully planted you so that you would go and bear fruit and keep on bearing, and that your fruit will remain and be lasting, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give you.” She believes that God has chosen her to be a part of His plan to help others be healed and live a healthy and blessed life.

The combination of her experiences serving in the military, academic training, servanthood in ministry and compassion for others lead her to a second career helping others as they experience life.

Bobbie Griffin, MA, LPC

Bio

Bobbie is a Christian counselor and has lived in Houston for fifteen years. Bobbie has three grown, married children and fifteen grandchildren! First and foremost, Bobbie has a deep love relationship with Jesus Christ. She has built her life on what she knows and believes of Christ’s character. Christ continually demonstrates His faithfulness and in Him, Bobbie has greater and greater hope.


Her background includes more than twenty-five years working as a Registered Nurse in critical care, dialysis and nursing management; and leadership in her church in Stephen’s Ministry, Divorce Care and Children’s ministry.

Bobbie’s areas of specific interest include working with couples in the pain of conflict and to strengthen and restore marriages to a sense of “WE”. She has a heart for women’s issues and especially for the spouses of porn/sex addicts. She believes psycho-education can empower, bringing clear insight and perspective to restore identity in relationships and faith in God. Interventions bring about a responsible change in persistent patterns and behaviors. Sound mindfulness strategies produce real and long-term change. We can become more authentic and transform the way we live, love and lead.

Bio

Jacqueline Osbourne, LPC-Associate, holds a Master’s degree in Biblical Counseling and integrates psychological principles through the lens of a biblical worldview. Her therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Family Systems Theory. At the heart of her work is a desire to cultivate trust and safety with each client as they navigate their journey of healing and growth.


As a multiracial woman, Jacqueline values the unique stories each person carries and encourages clients to see and celebrate their own. Her path to counseling has been a creative one—beginning with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a career in graphic design. As her faith deepened, so did her passion for walking alongside others in their personal and spiritual growth. Her experience includes roles as a church staff member in a church plant, a guitar instructor, a designer, and a mentor to women.
